Soft Peaks Ice Cream

The term “heavenly” might have been created for the ice cream at Vancouver’s first organic parlour. Its cream and milk comes from the sustainable Avalon Dairy, and many of the flavourings are local, too – honeycomb from BC’s nearby wine regions is a favourite. Purists like to taste the craftsmanship with a simple white natural variety that’s anything but plain, but scoops can be jazzed up with toppings like blueberry purée or Himalayan pink salt. So good you’ll want to dive right in.
