SALT Kite Beach

Food trucks are still something of a rarity in Dubai, so kudos to the Salt team for pioneering the concept in the city, and keeping it going with such high standards for a couple of years now. At its heart it’s an Airstream trailer serving dinky gourmet sliders along with US diner staples like fries and soda. And that’s it – but the social media buzz and long queues when it parks up on Kite Beach are testament to its quality.
