Kissa Tanto - Men's Style Council Place

Having successfully married French and Chinese cuisine with the nearby Bao Bei, Ms Tannis Ling and her chefs Messrs Joël Watanabe and Alain Chow have found another unlikely pairing in the very distinct culinary traditions of Italy and Japan. Given the exacting standards at the apex of both, not to mention the lineage and love of noodles, it proves to be a love affair with some legs. Styled like a 1960s Tokyo jazz den, this 74-cover restaurant has been named the country’s best new opening by Air Canada’s enRoute magazine, and for good reason.
