Great staff and great location. It always feels like home when I am there.

Set in a red-brick building on London’s Monmouth Street, this boutique hotel has 58 rooms, each individually designed by interiors pro Ms Kit Kemp. And while its tapestry-and-paisley decor is charming, the Covent Garden Hotel isn’t twee. Popular with the Armani fash pack, it boasts a private cinema, high-tech gym and Brasserie Max, a chic restaurant with an Art Deco-inspired bar. Sip on a Smoky Sour – a mezcal and tea infusion – pre-theatre.

I don't have a home in London and quite often need to be there for work. The Covent Garden Hotel is small, friendly and feels more like a home than a hotel.
