Bambuser Chat Terms and Conditions
- This chat is being run by YOOX NET‑A‑PORTER GROUP S.p.A., and/or its affiliates, trading as MR PORTER.
- This chat is open to everyone who enters the chat, which means that all participants will see any comments you post.
- You can use this chat to talk with our Customer Care team and to ask them any questions about the products you may see being displayed during the video. Please note you will not be able to direct questions to the presenter of the video.
- Due to time and resource constraints we cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to every comment or question raised in the chat.
- Please be aware that we may record the chat and make this publicly available after the chat has ended. If you do not want your comments to be recorded, please do not participate in the chat.
- You must refrain from making any comments which may constitute harassment, defamation, abuse, threat, racism, sexism or make comments that induce or promote actions which may be illegal.
- You may not spam or use CAPS excessively and you must use a civil tone in all your comments and refrain from using profanities or offensive language.
- Advertising during the chat is forbidden including advertising for other chats, blogs, or any social media.
- You are solely responsible for the comments you post, and you agree to indemnify and hold MR PORTER and/or its affiliates harmless for any cost and/or damages, including damages for copyright infringement, that we incur as a result of your comments.
- You are advised to avoid any disclosure or dissemination of personal data, except for the information that you are specifically requested to enter to take part in the chat. Please note that it is forbidden to disclose personal data belonging to a third party without an appropriate lawful basis and you will remain solely responsible for any illegal conduct that this may cause.
- You acknowledge and agree that we, at any time and without informing you first, may delete your comments, end the chat and/or ban you from the chat if we, in our discretion, determine that i) you post comments that we must, by law, delete, ii) violate these rules or iii) your comments in any other have a negative influence on the chat.
- We may invite you to participate in a quick feedback session about your experience after you exit the chat. This feedback session is voluntary and is designed to improve the chat function for future users.
