1. Donation

1.1 This donation is hosted by YOOX NET A PORTER GROUP S.p.A and/or its regional affiliates trading as “MR PORTER”.

1.2 The donation period starts on 09:00 AM on Monday 14 June 2021 ("Donation Period"). The Donation Period end date is flexible and is at MR PORTER's sole discretion.

1.3 During the Donation Period, the customer may choose to make monetary donations in quantities of € 1, € 5 or € 10 to the MR PORTER Health In Mind Fund Powered By Movember (the "Donation"). Donations made by the customer will be visible on the customers bank statement. Donations are transferred directly to the foundation (please see Clause 2.3 ‘Transfer of Donations and use of Donations’ of these Terms for more information about Movember) and will therefore not appear on MR PORTER’s invoices.

1.4 The cost price of a Donation in other currencies that MR PORTER is currently trading in, will be as follows:

€ 1: ₤ 1 / $ 1

€ 5: ₤ 5 / $ 5 

€ 10: ₤ 10 / $ 10

1.5 Only customers purchasing products on www.mrporter.com  (“Site”) have the opportunity to make a Donation at their own expense via the Site.

2. Transfer of Donations and use of Donations

2.1 All the Donations made by customers will be transferred via Adyen, MR PORTER and Movember’s payment partner, to Movember.

2.2 Adyen offers MR PORTER the service ‘Adyen Giving’, which enables MR PORTER to offer its customers the opportunity to make Donations to Movember. The Donations are processed by Adyen at no additional cost. More information about Adyen Giving can be found here.

2.3 Movember is a leading global charity changing the face of men’s health. Men’s health is in crisis and far too many men are dying before their time. By getting more men to take action, whether that be by engaging with our men’s health projects or health promotion campaigns, or by fundraising for men’s health, Movember and our supporters will help more men live happier, healthier longer lives.​​ More information about Movember can be found here.

2.4 Donations made to the Mr Porter HIM Fund initiative funds ground-breaking work in men’s mental and physical health.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Please consult Movember’s Terms and Conditions  for more information regarding ovember’s refund policy.

4. Various

4.1 MR PORTER makes no profit from this initiative.

4.2 These Terms are applicable to customers shopping in the Site.

4.3 MR PORTER reserves the right at its own discretion to revoke, suspend, cancel and/or amend the Donation and/or these Terms at any time without giving prior notice. Customers shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended Terms;

4.4 MR PORTER makes no representations on behalf of Movember and we will not be liable for Movember.

4.5 MR PORTER and Movember will process the customer personal data each as autonomous data controller in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
