Staff Orders
- Remember to enter your home address and select Standard or Express delivery. Please do not use your local office address as we are currently unable to process staff orders at these locations
- Shipping options may vary depending on your destination. You will be charged shipping and this cost is non-refundable
- Premier delivery and Next Business Day for staff orders is not permitted. Please do not select this option and remember to update your saved preferences at checkout on desktop or your app. Any orders placed using this service will be cancelled immediately
- For those who are currently working at our Distribution Centres, you can order to your place of work
- Please make all your purchases in one order. This helps the distribution teams process orders more efficiently. Single item orders may be held and grouped together
- It can take up to 10 working days for staff orders to arrive. So we can prioritise customers and their orders, please do not contact Customer Care or Distribution during this time.
- If you have not received your order after 10 working days, please email Staff Orders. Please do not call Customer Care or contact them over Live Chat. Please also refrain from contacting individuals in Distribution or Customer Care via email or webex as they will be unable to respond
- If you need to return a purchase that was delivered via DHL or UPS, simply create a return in your account, book a free collection with DHL/UPS and return it using the pre-printed label included with your order. You’ll receive an email will full details on how to return with DHL/UPS once you’ve created your return
- Do not request price adjustments from further markdowns – the price you have paid is final
Please also note that new requests for Staff Discount Activation are to be done via the Service Now portal. Please ensure that you have registered across all four sites using your @ynap email address before making the request.
